Bar crunches 1x5reps. Dumbbell bench press 1x10reps 2x10kg, 1×10reps 2x14kg. Dumbbell bench lift, 1x10reps each side, 10kg, 1x10reps each side, 14kg. Good morning pike stretch 1x8reps each side. Leg wall stretch 1x3reps each side (technique!). Pike stretch 1x3 reps each side (technique!).
