Three different lifts
- Squat
- Dead Lift
- Press

You chose one weight the stay on the barbell through all sets done in 12 minutes. Strategic choice to do many sets times your weight to have the maximun

My choice
- Squat 1RM 120kg I chose 35kg and did 143 squats
- Dead Lift 1RM 140kg I chose 55kg and did 150 lifts
- Press probably my worst, shoulder stifness 1RM ~35 I chose 15kg and started off with a number of 10 reps, had to slow down to 8 and half time through down to 5s

Pretty fun to do and fantastic feeling i my body day after
