First run since I started with my keto diet
36g carbs the evening before and oatmeal (about 23g) for breakfast before start, and then 40g carbs per 7km was too little and after about 19km I lost all speed. Added 18g (a banana) for 2laps but decided to walk after a while. But the already lost weight was nice.
