Warm up squat stretches/shoulder rolls/T-cup rotation. 2-3 sets backward lunges with 6kgs wights, 10-12 reps. 3 sets of pull over head, 10-15 reps/3 sets push over head, 10-12 reps back-to-back/3 sets static cycle/both legs 20 secs/3 sets of hip thrust/one leg 10-12 reps/r sets of chandellier 20 secs. BTB. Stretch rubber band behind-bend over/above bend backward/perch (reach for toes)
