40 wall balls
40 toes to bar
40 cal

10x (5 each)
3 squat cleans
3 jerk
5 Thrusters
first round 50kg, way too heavy
second round 40kg, ok, but back sore from friday
third, fourth, fifth round I did 8 jerks and not thrusters

2x
40 sync situps
40 sync burpees (on the second round I could not do anymore after 20, back, and shoulder were finished. so I did situps instead)
